As always, November and December is a very busy time for Royal Mail. This year, with the increased likelihood of industrial action, there is a higher chance than usual that we will see delivery delays in the run-up to, and during, the festive season.
With this in mind, we would strongly advise customers to order Christmas gifts as early as possible to avoid disappointment. UK orders placed by 06.00 GMT on Thursday 15th December will be despatched for delivery before Christmas, although we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery if Royal Mail services are affected.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK
The deadline for overseas customers depends on your delivery destination. Please see below for a list of deadlines for overseas destinations. We will update these when more information is available.
Please note that due to Covid and customs backlogs, overseas deadlines aren’t guaranteed. We are currently unable to offer delivery to EU member states via this website due to VAT implications. Click HERE if you would like to order items for delivery to the EU.
IF YOU HAVE MISSED THE DELIVERY DEADLINE OR ARE CONCERNED AN ITEM WON’T ARRIVE UNTIL AFTER CHRISTMAS
If you order includes gift items, you can request a gift certificate in the order notes when placing your order. We will email you the certificate which can be forwarded on or printed out as required to ensure you have something to present to the recipient on Christmas Day. If you would like a gift certificate, please state this in your order notes when completing your order.
Please note that there are separate deadlines for merchandise orders. For pre-Christmas delivery to the UK, orders for mugs should be placed no later than Sunday 12th December and orders for other merchandise should be placed no later than Wednesday 8th December.
If you need any alternative or additional information, please email us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
