The names of the first 16 prospects who will be in attendance at the 2026 NFL Draft in person have been revealed, with Caleb Downs, Sonny Styles and Jeremiyah Love among the headline names due to arrive in Pittsburgh later this month.

Announced during NFL Network’s Path to the Draft on Thursday night, the group reflects the breadth of what has widely been viewed as one of the most open and talent-rich classes in recent years.

Ohio State leads all programmes with five players confirmed to attend, underlining the Buckeyes’ prominence at the top end of this year’s class. Downs, Styles, linebacker Arvell Reese, defensive tackle Kayden McDonald and wide receiver Carnell Tate will all be on site. Alabama and Miami each have two representatives, while the Big Ten leads all conferences with six prospects confirmed to attend.

Among other players confirmed to attend are Texas Tech linebacker David Bailey, Miami edge rusher Rueben Bain Jr, LSU defensive back Mansoor Delane, Auburn pass rusher Keldric Faulk and Tennessee defensive back Colton Hood.

Offensively, much of the attention will centre on a cluster of prospects, including USC receiver Makai Lemon, Notre Dame running back Love, Miami offensive lineman Francis Mauigoa, Alabama tackle Kadyn Proctor and quarterback Ty Simpson, plus Arizona State wideout Jordyn Tyson.

The 2026 draft gets underway with the opening round in primetime on Thursday April 23rd, before continuing on Friday with rounds two and three and concluding on Saturday with rounds four through seven.

With 257 total selections scheduled across seven rounds — including 33 compensatory picks awarded to 15 teams — the full three-day spectacle is once again expected to draw huge crowds to the host city, which this year carries additional historical significance, with Pittsburgh staging the draft for the first time since 1948.
