THANKSGIVING HALF-TIME ACTS CONFIRMED

Neil Dutton NFL

Thanksgiving has become synonymous with food, family and football over the years. The NFL have added to this mix with the addition of musical acts to enhance the half-time, and pre-game, experience at their three Thursday games on the holiday slate and 2025 is no exception.

The Green Bay Packers -Detroit Lions tilt, the ‘Jerra World’ clash between the Dallas Cowboys and the Kansas City Chiefs and the late-night AFC North battle between the Baltimore Ravens and Cincinnati Bengals will all host big name artists during the half-time interval.

Kicking off in the Motor City, the Detroit Lions’ 86th annual Thanksgiving Day Classic will feature Jack White, former front man of the White Stripes, in a half-time show that will see Detroit natives Eminem and his long-time manager — and president of Shady Records — Paul Rosenberg acting as executive producers. The pair will consult the Lions on talent selection and all aspects of Lions’ Thanksgiving half-time production through 2027. Renowned gospel musician CeCe Winans will perform the national anthem before the game.

Nine-time diamond-certified performer Post Malone will perform this year’s ‘Red Kettle Kickoff’ half-time show during the Cowboys-Chiefs tilt, marking the official launch of The Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign and putting a spotlight on the urgent needs of millions during the holiday season and all year long.

Finally, renowned rapper, producer and DJ Lil Jon — a five-time Grammy nominee and one-time winner — will perform from the Bud Light Touchdown Club during half-time of the Ravens-Bengals match. Tony award winning performer Renée Elise Goldsberry, who played Angelica Schuyler in the hit Broadway musical Hamilton, will sing the national anthem.
