
ELF EXPANDS TELEVISION DISTRIBUTION NETWORK
The European League of Football has agreed back-to-back deals that will ensure its fifth season can be viewed in more countries than any before it.
Along with Nosso Futebol, the ELF first announced a multi-year partnership to bring the rapidly-growing competition to fans across Brazil, where fans can catch games via the exclusive broadcaster for the South-American continent via its free-to-air TV channel and digital platforms.
In partnership with SportyTV and, after announcing a strong coverage across Africa, the league’s extended distribution footprint will air one live game every Sunday, but the deal also includes coverage of all five playoff games, along with a wide range of additional content available on demand, such as full game highlights, weekly magazine shows and a curated selection of the ELF’s Top 10 greatest games of all time.
The partnership enables the ELF to expand its reach beyond the already-strong coverage it enjoys across Europe, Northern America and Africa, but the league’s home continent is not being ignored either, as Pluto.tv — in partnership with Sport Live — have announced a one-year broadcast partnership to bring all Nordic Storm games, and selected playoff games including the ELF Championship Game live to fans in Denmark.
The subsidiary of the global Paramount broadcaster, along with Sport Live, will become the exclusive broadcaster of Storm games via free-to-air TV and free accessible digital platforms in Denmark.
With the Storm starting their maiden ELF season with back-to-back wins over Helvetic and Wroclaw, there is already plenty of reason for the team’s home nation to start tuning in…
